Job abstractJV_description:   We are looking for a  Maintenance Specialist based in Groot-Bijgaarden (BE)  Main purpose of the role: Ensure compliance with TPMS process and tools. Drive the implementation and consistent use of the global standards of maintenance management to effectively contribute to system performance and customer experience. Key Responsibilities: · Drive the consistent use and application of the global maintenance process and tools within own area of responsibility, compliance to TPMS (Preventive Maintenance) process schedule. Serve as Business Expert on maintenance related subjects, as required. · Drive continuous improvement activities and maintenance accelerators (like flexible maintenance) to increase system performance after maintenance and first-time right execution in the field, in collaboration with cluster and central teams. · Provide support to the Service Engineers to resolve maintenance related issues, ensure that process is consistently followed and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution. Audit the delivery of all types of maintenance services before, during and after the event. · Provide support on reviewing maintenance recommendations for Service Contracts. · Support competence development in maintenance for Service Engineers in collaboration with Cluster Competence Development Driver and FSO Team Leaders, by using your Technical Experience by understand the specific need of the Customer and Service Engineer to improve the Maintenance Recommendations. · Attend to Technical Queries from both Customer and Service Engineers · Work together with Customers and Service Engineers on improving the quality delivered during Maintenance   ,
Required profile:   We believe you have: · 5+ years of experience in a technical role preferable with Processing experience  · Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts · Very good level of English · Knowledge of MS Office applications Advanced skills in Excel · Team player, sociable, able to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders · Paying attention to details, analytical, results driven attitude · Knowledge of processing equipment is a plus · Experience in the front line with customers is beneficial
