based in Groot-Bijgaarden (BE) or Colombes (FR).
Job abstractJV_description: Main responsibilities: ¿    Building senior level relationships at retailers to drive share of carton in retail branded products. ¿    Clear understanding of retail brand teams strategy, KPIs and sustainable packaging needs and deliver adequate solutions ¿    Working closely with the contract manufacturer key account teams to drive packaging projects to introduce innovation for retail brands ¿    Understanding of local market / customers / categories mapping to identify opportunities for growth within retailers in France and Benelux. ¿    Business growth in packaging material related to increased carton share of food/beverage products in retailers in in France and Benelux.   ¿    Preparation and execution of Retail Strategy for France and Benelux ¿    Development of retail competencies and knowledge within Market Company and Key Account Teams ¿    Contribute to create, execute and deliver Retail Strategy in France and Benelux and co-ordinate with Key Account Managers & Business Development Managers in each geography to ensure priority projects are resourced and delivered.,
Required profile: Education & Experience: ¿    Bachelors degree within economics, commerce or business administration ¿    Min. 4 years of experience in key account / retail management, B2B sales and marketing/trade marketing. Knowledge of food industry and key retail chains will be an advantage. ¿    Category expertise in relevant categories and good knowledge of retail brand strategies ¿    Excellent knowledge of English and French both verbally and in written ¿    Dutch language knowledge is nice to have ¿    Willingness to travel on regular basis ¿    Computer literate (Microsoft Office) ¿    Full, clean driving license We believe you have:   Demonstrated capability to ¿sell in¿ value based propositions to retailers, and to driver conversion to sales. Self starter, to acquire all resources needed to execute retail projects within Tetra Pak France & Benelux.   The ability to understand the customer's business plans and drivers, the complete retail value chain and retail operations. The ability to work in partnership with the customer, to understand their needs, to understand the next best alternative for the customer, to prepare & present a resonating value proposition and to deliver the proposed value.   Ability to create real and sustainable added value for our customer in the retail channel.
