Services Key Account Manager
 
The main purpose of a Services Key Account Manager (KAMS) is to be the main interface for the customer on the service business and quality. KAMS applies value selling to grow the service business in profitable way based on deep knowledge of customer operations and needs, is always responsible for at least one key account, lead customer relationship at all sites.
Job abstractJV_description: Responsibilities:   Lead customer relationship from a service perspective through a structured communication approach Lead implementation and follow-up in alignment with customer and KAM-team.  Lead creation of quality plans and participate in implementation and follow-up of targets per Key Account in line with customer and KAM-team Lead opportunity management, cross selling and up selling and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals Lead growth of profitable service contracts  Identify sales opportunities, create solution and fact-based value proposal, negotiate and close deals and drive growth of profitable service contracts Participate in follow-up value delivered, customer satisfaction and profitability on service business with customer and internally Manage internal interfaces and customer to assure efficient delivery of service and quality account plans Participate resolution of technical issues by being responsible for communication with customer and issue driver Lead services dimension in project lifecycle management to ensure new equipment is effectively handed over to services. Lead team of Service Account Representatives, Services Account Managers and Services Sales Engineers associated with Key Account in agreement with the Services Support Manager.,
Required profile: Qualifications:   Master¿s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or any related fields At least 5 years of proven experience in maintenance/technical service management in the food industry Business fluent proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory, French is a plus. Sales experience, deep understanding of maintenance/ technical services' challenges in the food industry Experience in Customer relationship management and project management will be an asset Strong people skills, and conflict management skills, customer orientation, proactivity, adaptability, team player, organized and strategical thinking
