Naaste een nachtverpleegkundige zoeken we ook een verpleegkundige voor overdag (vroege-late). Als verpleegkundige op de afdeling psychogeriatrie hebben je patiënten een specifieke problematiek zoals geheugen- en oriëntatieproblemen, verwardheid, storend gedrag, fysische, psychische en emotionele problemen. Je staat in voor het verstrekken van verpleegkundige zorgen en bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de verstrekte verpleegkundige zorgen, het observeren en het nauwkeurig vastleggen van symptomen en reacties. Multidisciplinaire samenwerking is zeer belangrijk.

Je bent sterk in probleemanalyse en oplossingsgericht handelen.
