SSAB Services, Hardox Wearparts is a rapidly growing business unit with ambitious targets. As Business & Technical Development Manager for Hardox Wearparts you will be an integral part of building and implementing a new business model.

You will participate in the development and conceptualization of the new business model, including the future product and service mix as well as the go-to market setup. Placement is optional.

Responsibilities include

•Business concept: Conceptualization and structuring of existing knowledge in order to define the  service offer

•Product and service portfolio evaluation and definition

•Development of trainings and manuals

•Piloting the new concept, preparing for future concept sales

•Mapping end user needs to ensure concept success

You will report to the Head of Hardox Wearparts Concept Management.

Your qualifications
To be successful in this role you need to have a master degree in engineering or equivalent.

We believe that you have at least 5 years experience of working with wear products and/or maintenance in the one of the aggregates industries. You have strong social skills and experience from successfully driving and implementing development.

You have a curious mind and strong analytical skills paired with good technical understanding of wear in practice (maintenance and wear products). As a lot of the future development will have a strong connection to digital tools and systems development, you need an overall understanding of the possibilities that exist within digital development.

You are fluent in English and thrive in an international environment where global contacts are part of the every day work. Speaking Dutch is a plus as the position wil be based in the Netherlands.
