Job description: In this position you are responsible for approaching existing and potential customers in England by telephone to ensure they are and remain informed about the products and services UNIS Group is offering, so they remain or become an active customer. Tasks: - Approaching existing and potential customers by telephone. - Keep the client database up-to-date. - Send information packs to potential clients. - Administrative processing of telephone conversations and reached agreements . - Outgoing calls from existing address stock. - Schedule appointments for customer visits for the Account Managers. - Dealing with various Follow-Up marketing activities. Extra job requirements: - Familiar with the technical sector and/or electronic components is an advantage. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
