Working cross functionally providing support to the European Customer Assurance & Warranty organization as well as Regional Business Unit and market organizations. By creating reporting methods on market performance of dealer performance, analysis can be made as well as accustomed follow up. Providing timely service raised by Regional Business Units and markets. Coordinating and managing of external dealer coaching and auditing suppliers, as well as supporting business functions. Furthermore, you will support the 4E program, covering marketing activities as well as the Warranty program, road map planning and coordination
