For our Netherlands subsidiary, we are looking for an Engineer for Service / maintenance.

Your profile

In the position of service / maintenance engineer, you make an important contribution to customer satisfaction, with the continuity of the customer process as central. You therefore have an enthusiastic and proactive attitude and are flexible employable.

Basic requirements:
1. Speak Dutch, English and Chinese (optional)
2. LED display industry experience
3. Technical background (at least should understand PCB schematics and CAD drawings)
4. If necessary willing to overwork and work on weekends.
5. You have experience with finding and solving system errors
6. Preferably living in the Haarlemmermeer area
7. Enthusiastic, accurate and independent way of working
8. Prepared to attend training courses

The function of service / maintenance engineer has the following core tasks and responsibilities:
1. Management of European showroom & Demo Center.
2. Pre-Sales Support including site survey, Demos, etc.
3. Training including creation and presentation of training course and educations seminars.
4. Project Management for all major projects.
5. Coordination of logistics and operations for EU.
6. Installation support for major projects.
7. On-line or phone technical support for integrator s and end users trade show
