You are expected to actively contribute to all aspects of agile software development: planning, tracking, architecture, development, configuration management, testing, integration, verification. As a software developer you will also have the opportunity to have customer contacts, collaborate with other experienced colleagues and participate in diverse, technology-driven projects in a highly flexible, agile and innovative environment. ¿ Responsibilities: ¿Operational and technical focus ¿ Actively contribute and steer all aspects of agile software development: planning, tracking, architecture, development, configuration management, testing, integration, validation, and documentation; ¿Execution control ¿ Able to estimate total required team effort, is closely involved in policy preparation and the program of the group; ¿Continuous improvement ¿ Leads improvement initiatives with regard to technological improvements, and performs future-oriented studies with other specialists; ¿Technical seniority ¿ Recognized by peers because of his technical competences and formulates design specifications based on wishes of the commercial department; ¿Customer development ¿ Contact point for customer in the team, identify leads and has contact with the commercial department regarding market demand and customer requirements in the longer term.
