Here at Lonza we have an exciting opening for a Senior Quality Assurance Systems Officer to join us on site in Geleen on a full time, permenant basis. and planning of Internal / External Audits Follow up on audit reports to ensure completed in timely manner

 main responsibility for this position are;

Issue, monitor and maintain the quality KPI systems in Lonza Netherlands by handling the processing of Non-cohe.
Oversight on open & overdue KPIs and follow up with the KPI owner. Review, approve, reporting of KPIs Maintain Supplier qualifications program Review / approval of Qualification & validation packages. Scheduling CAPAs and Change request forms, act as QA lead in cooperation with the other departments for a timely closure of NC/PD/CAPA and CRF.
Arrange approval / signing of controlled documents associated with KPIs, supplier qualification or Validation and Qualification packages.
Manage paper and electronic copies of controlled KPIs, supplier qualification package and Qualification & Validation protocols and reports in draft and approved version.
Support for the QA officers, QC department and Manufacturing department on all KPI, Supplier Qualification, Validation& Qualification related activities.
Issue as part of QA monthly report the Quality KPIs, overview of internal and external audits and # suppliers not qualified
Review and approval of validation protocols and reports (equipment, analytical methods, utilities, re-qualification validations).
Prepare the following overview for the Quality Review Board (QRB): Monthly KPI, Supplier Qualification overview, overview of internal and external audits.
Review the Introduction GMP-related training program for Lonza and participate in the execution of GMP training where needed.
Assure that training and the training files of the QA Officers / associates are GMP compliant in compared to the training matrix, if not notify all relevant QA personnel.
