In this position, you will be responsible for the applications that support the business processes. These consist of systems such as IFS, Intershop, CRM and other related applications/interfaces. As the Senior Application Manager (ERP), your primary objective is to change the IT environment in line with new business requests, together with our development partners. You will have a thorough knowledge of ERP processes, preferably in a global B2B setting. Plus, working in an ambitious team that has the drive to be the best in the business is what gets you out of bed in the morning!  As the Senior Application Manager (ERP), you will be responsible for:

understanding the business processes and translating these into application solutions
managing changes and, if required, the people who support you
maintaining constant contact with your business and IT colleagues
communicating/presenting solutions to stakeholders
taking ownership of the changes you oversee
supporting the business with the solutions that you develop and maintain.
