For an international company we are looking for a fulltime FMS reporting accountant. You are responsible for internal and external reporting . Tasks: - Prepare the (monthly) intercompany process of financial reporting from a corporate point of view - Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly reporting to our clients - Ensure that information is obtained and corrected if necessary, in line with deadlines and quality standards - Communicate, explain and answer questions from relevant clients, and advise and support other corporate departments, divisions, operating entities and third parties concerning the analyses and reports - Prepare monthly/quarterly VAT declarations for multiple countries - Statistical reporting: Central Bureau for Statistics (CBS), Intrastat for completion of reports and questionnaires - Prepare monthly/quarterly WEEE declarations for multiple countries. Critical Competencies: - A strong customer service mind-set - Proactive, results driven and professional - Consistently demonstrates full ownership and accountability - Ability to work both independently and also, as a cross functional team player Strong time management skills and attention to detail. Accuracy is essential - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Authorised to stop any process producing defects - Authorised to provide change proposals to supervisor/manager.
