Due to the expansion of our organization, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team.

What will you be doing?
Our current Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for all the operational recruitment coordination, the recruitment strategy, and the employer branding activities. As the new Recruiter in the team, you will be working hand in hand with her in multiple assignments handling the whole recruitment life-cycle for different divisions in the organization from A to Z.

Among your responsibilities, you will be:

Preparing, posting and maintaining vacancies on Ultimaker’s career page, job boards, and social media
Screening applications and providing feedback
Following Direct Search techniques for talent sourcing on social media
Screening candidates over the phone
Scheduling candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers
Conducting interviews
Assisting Hiring Managers in the interview process
Answering candidates’ queries regarding the application process
Providing interview feedback
Acting as an advisor in the decision-making process
Leading the negotiation
Supporting the onboarding process
