Voor een organisatie in de tech-industrie zoeken wij een QHSE (KAM) Coordinator. Initiator and communicator/ promotor You ensure compliance with the new ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 and applicable regulations, you control risks at the workplace and you minimalize adverse impact on the environment. You provide HSE advice, guidance and coaching to embed natural safety in the organization. Therefore you interface with all stakeholders, ensuring a pro-active approach to QHSE and support delivery (e.g. KPIs, briefings, induction). You also provide independent professional advice and technical information to Department Heads and Line Managers to enable the company to discharge its statutory, common and moral obligations, keeping staff and Managers abreast of changes in HS&E Legislation and Codes of Practice. You identify hazards and assess safety risks, promote policies, processes, legislation, regulations, standards and any best practice identified. You conduct Internal Audits as required and recommend remedial action in line with requirements where problems are found, you work with the Senior QHSE-QA Manager and other departments involved to resolve. Monitoring You maintain the integrated Quality Manual of the Management System and establish control documents. You also suggest, participate and implement initiatives in MoC projects, attend progress review meetings and coordinate meetings to assist the Senior QHSE-QA Manager in resolving any issues related to QHSE. You also liaise with external bodies on matter relating to companys Quality Management System and 3rd party certifications As Prevention Officer, you review the company Health, Safety and Environment policy statements on an annual basis, generate accident/incident reports and corrective actions.
