Tasks & Responsibilities
▪ Manage all aspects of realizing technically the products
▪ Manage accepted customer projects from Contract Review to passed Ramp Review milestone
▪ Following the program in the Product Development Procedure
▪ Following Project Management principles
▪ Following the Operational Manual
▪ Escalate issues that could have major commercial / technical impact
▪ Initiate, build and maintain a comprehensive relationship with customers
▪ Understand the customer at both technical and procedural levels
▪ Make sure that current and future products can be co-designed
▪ Present a credible and acceptable (part of the service / sales offering) interface
▪ Manage the timely performance of suppliers
▪ Originate, develop, recommend and introduce improvements to the new product development
▪ Keep the relevant stakeholders fully informed
▪ Produce financial / technical report / analysis of projects on a regular basis
▪ Produce project reviews (critical capacity and constraint variables) data on a regular basis
▪ Generate, record, provide and distribute all relevant documentation
▪ Supports the IPM with the Quotation and project intake in the initiation phase of the project
