The Production Administration department is looking for an Officer to do the order preparation in compliance with contractual arrangements and customer specifications. You take care of the translation of the information to production information for the involved departments so all documentation is available and the realization of the order according to the customer specifications can be realized. Accurate reporting of cost estimates and balance sheets are also part of the job. Furthermore you organize transports and create export documentation. The Officer reports to the Production Administration Manager.
