As the person in charge of services in our Product Management team, you gather and prioritize services vision and definition, services offerings and customer requirements. Your goal is to deliver winning services solutions working closely with internal and external key stakeholders. What will you be doing? As Ultimakers Product Manager Services, you will: Define and manage the entire life product cycle from strategic planning to execution Identify and develop new business lines for services that provide value to customers while ensuring strategic business goals are being met or exceeded Explore and identify new value propositions and opportunities to increase profitability of the services portfolio analyzing, proposing and building (potential) partnerships in the services value chain Work with Market Intelligence and Portfolio Management to identify and qualify trends and services opportunities Manage the Portfolio of UM Services Act as an advisor to Marketing, Sales and Value Partners on every services related aspect Keep yourself up to date with market developments and new trends visiting fairs, seminars, having frequent customer contact and reading professional relevant literature/ white papers Produce whitepapers and deliver presentations for both internal as external customers What will your team look like?
