TASKS:
The new center building has been opened (since May) with an Italian restaurant Piazza Italian Kitchen Nieuwvliet that offers freshly prepared oven baked pizzas, tasty pastas, anti-pastis, salads and dolci. Our mission is to offer our guests tasty dishes made with fresh and quality products. Due to success we are looking for a new colleague who wants to strengthen our other Italian Pizzaiolos.
In our restaurant we love fresh, authentic and experience! As Pizzaiolo you are master at making homemade dough as well as doing toppings on pizzas with fresh products and baking them in a wood-fired pizza oven. In the restaurant there is an open kitchen with wood-fired oven where the pizzaiolos prepare fresh pizza. Furthermore, the kitchen is behind the pizza corner, where you are in contact with the chefs. In addition there are possibilities to think about recipes and introduce them.
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for an enthusiast and driven pizzaiolo who:
•    has professional pizza experience
•    attach great value to teamwork and quality
•    would like to think about new recipes
•    is serious, driven and motivated
•    can work under pressure
