A.    Purchase and Orders:
1.    Responsible for purchase of new stock from Taiwan manufacture and ensuring that all relevant purchase orders are administered correctly and on time in relation to forthcoming shipments.
2.    Being first contact point for all clients and ensuring that their purchase orders are handled as correctly and efficiently as possible.
3.    Responsible for issuing all invoices/credit notes to customers.


B.    Shipping (Logistic) warehouse:
4.    Arranging transport/forwarders and the necessary documentation required for each exported order.

5.    Arranging every import and export shipment to all clients.


C. Accounting and Administration:

6.    Performing accounting administration duties in connection with bookeeper and Accountant. Generally assisting with monthly administration.

7.    Perform general office duties such as answering telephones and handling routine correspondence. And independently respond to letters and general correspondence.

8.    Perform a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties as required            by daily operations in the office
