WorkShop is growing and therefore we need to add another star to our outstanding team of Consultants. We are looking for someone with a natural talent for turning projects into success. You should have a passion for retail and customer satisfaction, as well as a desire to grow together with us and our client Nike.

As an Operative Project Manager for Nike you will be responsible for running projects from start to finish, always with attention to detail, great enthusiasm and energy! Your responsibilities will entail budgets, profitability and timelines for each project. You will be the link between Nike, Project Managers and creative staff, making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. In order to succeed as an Operative Project Manager you need to be an excellent communicator and keep an exceptional service level towards Nike! At WorkShop we value long-term client relationships and therefore you need to maintain a high standard and always prioritize your client.

As you will be helping us establish our brand in the Netherlands you need to be an inspiring team player while at the same time being highly organized. You have a positive attitude and the ability to deliver outstanding quality in everything you do. You are service minded and don’t shy away from taking initiative. On top of that you are charismatic and probably considered to be a social genius!

We require the following skills:

• A minimum of two years’ experience from a similar position

• Budget and economic planning skills such as developing prognoses/forecasts

• Leadership skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Project Management or equivalent

• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a larger team

• Retail experience

• Great social skills

• Great capacity to understand and communicate client expectations
