You are responsible for revenue, profit and numbers of the Konica Minolta Label Press including options and associated solutions based on a defined target within the relevant assigned portfolio in your sales territory (Belgium & the Netherlands). Depending on you personal situation, your work location will be Zaventem or Amsterdam.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Sales of Konica Minolta label printers and associated options and solutions directly to customers;
• Support, advise and expand the customer base of Konica Minolta label printer customers;
• Support, advise and expand the number of resellers of the Konica Minolta label printers to gain an optimum market coverage next to our direct sales;
• Cooperation with existing sales teams in order to support them, train them relevant knowledge and gain leads;
• Applying sales strategies and other measures to achieve the set goals, in consultation with the direct supervisor;
• Regular reporting of activities in the relevant systems and required formats.

• You have a background of minimum 5 years working experience in the label, packaging and flexo market in a commercial role;
• You have a strong technical print background with a good understanding of digital, the overall business and industry sector;
• You have a solid understanding of the consultative sales process;
• You have the ability to propose and design complex projects using our Portfolio of Products & Solutions;
• You have the ability to demonstrate an in-depth technical knowledge of the professional print solutions portfolio;
• You can create/demonstrate empathy with internal and external customers;
• You have experience in working with resellers and/or a direct sales organisation;
• You can produce a sound technical Statement of Requirement;
• You are able to deliver under pressure and to agreed deadlines;
• You have a good working knowledge of Dutch (native), French (Professional Level) and English language.
