Als medewerker klantendienst werk je nauw samen met je collega's sales. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onthaal van klanten in de toonzaal. Deze artsen, kinesitherapeuten, ... komen graag het aanbod van apparaten bekijken en/of kopen je verbruiksproducten. Daarnaast verwerk je orders en offertes en onderhoud je intensieve contacten met medewerkers van de logistiek, de technische dienst, en de verkopers. Je werkt nauw samen met de product managers in het beheer van opleidingen die in het filiaal plaatsvinden.
Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma.
Je hebt een commerciële drive en interesse in de medische sector.
Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring in een administratieve functie en werkt zeer nauwkeurig.
Je bent perfect tweetalig (NL/FR).
Je woont in de buurt van Zaventem.
Ervaring met een ERP pakket, SAP of een ander pakket is een plus.
