Employment agency Manpower is looking for a HR data management administrator for Dow Service Centre in Terneuzen.

Working activities
As an HR data management administrator you will be responsible for performing administrative and advisory activities on behalf of the Dow HR department. This includes the following activities:

Delivering HR services for the EMEA region
Being a knowledgeable focal point regarding HR-related administrative activities
Building strong team relationships for the purpose of efficiency
Keeping HR systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) up to date
Filing documents in personnel files and keeping administration conclusive
Following up on requests and questions
Supporting the updating of operational disciplines
Coördinating and controlling HR administration activities performed by the Mumbai Dow Service Centre

Three naphtha crackers convert crude oil into ethylene, propylene, benzene, and butadiene, which form the building blocks for a variety of plastics and chemicals. Job requirements

You have at least a EQF level 4 degree (MBO-4 or higher)
You have at least 1 year of working experience in administration
You have an excellent command of English both verbal and written (at least on a C1 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
You also speak French or German fluently  (at least on a C1 level according to the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially of Excel
