Functieomschrijving

In this role you work closely together with the Senior EHS Officer and report to him.
You will have the following responsiblities:

RIE

    Execute RI&E items and supervise that they are executed

Compliance

    Give follow up on items from audits
    Give follow up on items from visits of the local authorities.
    Reporting noise, emission measurements and analyze the data

Culture change

    Execute safety rounds and give follow up on the open items.
    Give toolbox presentations.
    Give follow up on action points from the workers meeting.
    Reporting incidents and give follow up

Miscellaneous

    BHV organization (BHV), execute (evacuation ) drills.
    Keep the Emergency response plan actual.
    Monthly checklist energy & Water and reporting.
    Internal advisor HS matters
    Close cooperation with Sr. EHS officer

Functie eisen

Requirements

    Higher Vocational Education (HBO) or Secondaty Vocational Education (MBO), MVK is preferred
    2 – 4 years relevant experience in an (international) production environment as EHS Officer or KAM Coordinator
    Fluent in Dutch and English

Competences

    You are a good communicator and have good negotiating skills.
    You are able to transfer your knowledge to colleagues and can instruct and motivate others.
    You are hands-on and result driven.
    An international mindset is a must
