Our client is a supplier of supply chain and logistics solutions. It is an international organization with various locations around the world. For the department Financial Management Services they are looking for an administrator.

What are your responsibilities?
Responsible for coding and posting bank statements by contract. Create a high level of customer satisfaction with regards to releasing orders in time and processing refunds within the SLA and all related activities. Moreover, he/she shares best practices with other team members to ensure that a high level of customer service is consistently provided to our merchants.

Tasks:
- Code the bank statements and release the orders on a daily basis;
- Post the statements on a daily basis;
- Process refunds on a daily basis;
- Follow up on cases on a daily basis;
- Update GL accounts;
- Communicate, explain and answer questions from relevant clients, and advise and support other corporate departments, divisions, operating entities and third parties concerning payments or refunds;
- Authorised to stop any process producing defects;
- Authorised to provide change proposals to supervisor/manager.
