In this job you will be harvesting flowers by hand or with a knife in the tunnels and open field. Employees have to bring flower bouquets to containers with water by the tractor. Furthermore sorting of cut flowers in warehouse and crop care, planting and weeding (once a week).This work is done alternately in the field and in the warehouse, standing right up. You need the right motivation to deliver good work.Work experience with flowers is not required. Because of the job activities good physical condition is also required.
The height of the employee is important, minimal 165 cm, because some work activities requires this. English language is required. Work start from mid-May to October 15 2019. Work is approximately around 38-45 hours spread over 6 days a week. It depends on the weather condition work is also on Sunday. Health insurance is arranged by the Employer, cost is € 21,14- a week.
Salary is according to the Dutch (CAO), gross per hour € 9,82 (22 years and older)
Employer provides housing, cost is € 80,- per week inclusive (electricity, water, internet)
Housing 7-person, fully furnished, is located within the company. Bedrooms are 2-person, together with other employees must be shared the kitchen, bathroom and toilet.The company is specialized in growing flowers (Ranunculus, Peony, Dianthus) 5,5 ha in the field and 4000m2 tunnels, in the Netherlands. It is a small company with a very nice work atmosphere.
