Your challenge

As Factory Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating and testing our professional High Tech Health Systems at customer sites and in the factory. Do you have a MBO or HBO background and do you like to travel? Please apply!

Your responsibilities

• Install Philips IGT equipment according standards with respect to quality and installation time including testing, calibrating and integrating with hospital IT infrastructure.
• Be responsible for the complete installation and align with the project manager, field service engineers and 3rd party companies in the market on progress and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure equipment performance to our standards.
• Be creative in problem solving to meet the customer requirements in an efficient, safe and qualitative way.
• Demonstrate commitments to meet customer needs and requirements by ensuring all given quality standards.
• Submit installation issues/improvement ideas to the operational team to support continuous improvement of the installation process
• Submit timely and accurate expense claims, radiation film badges, time sheets, progress reports and other paperwork.
• Assemble and test Philips IGT systems in the factory when not installing at customer site.

Your team

As Factory Field Engineer, you will be part of the System Integration organization within Global Operations IGT systems.

You will report to a team lead located in the IGT systems factory in Best and report functionally to the Factory Field Installations manager during installations at customer sites.

• MBO / Bachelor in electronics or mechatronics.
• Bachelor fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Eagerness to deliver results and high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal and external.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to engage with customers in a professional environment.
• Able to work independently and know how to team up with colleagues when needed.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel worldwide, up to 50% of the time
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
