The Technician/Engineer will be responsible for refurbishing RMA devices according to defined logistic and Quality procedures. Technician will be managed by Radware operations team.

Job abstractJV_description:

- Primary work is the replacement of cooling fans in switches/routers.
- Disassemble cover, remove warrenty labels from unit, disconnect fan connector from motherboard, remove fans.
- Replacement of cooling fan
- Assemble cover.
- Connect switch to power on and reboot device. Troubleshooting in case of errors.
- Replacement of warrenty labels.
- Testing of devices with the use of PC (workstation), Analysis system and software, and PSU (PowerSupplyUnit)
- Connect devices to power sources. Connect devices to console with analysis system, power devices on & boot.
- Follow detailed process of testing. F.e. SSL Card tests, SME Card verification, FPGA test, power supply test and hardware diagnostic tests. The testing requires a level of expertise with testing/analysing software programs.
- Tests to be completed are documented in detail and should be followed 100% in step by step approach.
- Troubleshooting in case required.
