This job exists for 70% harvesting, sorting and bundling flowers. For the rest of the time you take care of the hydrangea plants. The job must be carried out by hand in a greenhouse around the year. employer requirements: Relevant work experience is required in glass horticulture. Experience with hydrangeas or another flower / plant is preferred. Candidates must motivated, proactive, flexible, quality conscious and willing to work for a longer period in the Netherlands. Information The feature is now available throughout the year. The company employs a work period for its foreign employees from 6 to 8 weeks followed by 2 weeks off (return to home). Working hours from Monday to Saturday from 6.00 am to 17.00 pm an average of 50 hours per week. Salary according CAO greenhouses € 9.72 gross per hour. Employer provides furnished accommodation available and the cost is € 75, - per week. Health insurance is organized by the employer for € 19.50 per week. Company description: Gommers Hortensia started in 2012 with its hydrangea nursery. Before the breeder / owner this company started, he gained over fifteen years experience in the cultivation, production and sale of cut hydrangeas. At the location in Sprang Capelle is being grown in 25,000 m2 greenhouse cut hydrangeas. The aim is to deliver cutting hydrangeas from April to December of very good quality and under as many environmentally friendly conditions. To monitor the quality employer is MPS A certified.
