RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering and processing questions and responses from our Swedish clients by telephone, e-mail, chats and reviews

Making administrative follow up

Contacting clients directly in response to a problem or a negative review

Escalate problems

Making a record of the clientcontact

REQUIREMENTS

Enthusiastic personality

Experience with MS Office

Native or near-native Swedish

Good knowledge of the English language

Available 20-40 hours per week within the working hours of our Customer Service
