Accenture is operating a global Digital Customer Marketing Centre of Excellence for a global Fortune 500 technology company.

Responsibilities

•    As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing material on the internet to make sure it adheres to the client’s policies
•    Achieve performance objectives and standards to ensure world-class service to the client’s user base
•    Provide vital product insights and feedback on digital client products
Qualifications

•    Fluent in English and at least one additional language:
o    French (Native Level/C1-C2)
•    Must have exceptional typing accuracy skills
Required Skills and Experience:
•    BA or BS degree in any field considered a plus but not a requirement
•    Fluent in the language being hired for
•    Understands cultural and socio-political current events of the country(s) represented by the language(s) the candidate is fluent in.
•    Work experience in marketing, languages or technology
•    Cyclical work shift including work hours at night and work
