Construction E&I Superintendent is appointed for major projects. He reports to the Construction Manager and will take responsibility for the coordination of all E&I Construction activities through the Construction E&I Superintendents or, when are not present, directly through the Construction E&I Supervisors.
MSP has direct responsibility on management of E&I Subcontractors. He will ensure that their performances are carefully monitored in terms of schedule, quality and cost, and he will coordinate all necessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation from schedule or specifications under the guidance of Construction Manager.
He ensures the implementation of all the HSE procedures and standards for the areas or activities (subcontractors) of responsibilities.
He directly participates to the HSE activities at site as defined for his position in the Site HSE plan and related procedures.

Responsibilities :

Plan and direct the work activities.
Directs personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
Coordination of personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules.
Support project and construction management with planning and utilization of proper means and methods for piping activities.
Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action.
Adhere to and support the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policies.
Identify certification, training and experience appropriate for assignment scope.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Typically serve as lead person to coordinate process activitie.
