We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager for our client based in Zierikzee. This will be a full-time permanent position! For the project department at our office in Zierikzee we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager who can strengthen our team and help us complete our projects within budget and on time. Our team consists of commercial and technical project managers who work in teams of two on multiple projects. Each team will consist of a commercial and technical project manager (teams are not the same and will differ per project). As a Commercial Project Manager your responsibilities will be: Review applicable documents handed over during transfer meeting Attend kick of meeting with customer Communicate with the customer and be the link between the customer and your colleagues Determine global project planning Issue, check and revise documents Monitor and follow up document submission for all departments Follow up comment review sheets (CRS) Attend applicable meetings (in-house or at customer site) Negotiate prices with sub suppliers Monitor budget Monitor payments from customers Follow the production schedule Be the personal guide for the customers during visits Be the personal guide for any third party visitors relating to your project Prepare extra prices in cooperation with both the sales adn technical project managers Arrange sales photos together with the sales department Monitor the project progress
