Purpose of the post: In this dynamic post you are responsible for coordinating the entire process from the intake to the delivery of the repair and/or sale. You maintain intensive contact with the clients in England and work together with the Account Manager, as well as internally with the different departments. Tasks: - Coordinating the entire process from the intake to the delivery of the repair and/or sale. - Maintain contact with existing clients, Account Managers and internal departments. - Giving administrative support to the Account Managers. - Schedule appointments for customer visits for the Account Managers. - Participate in commercial activities, such as trade fairs and tours. - Dealing with various Follow-Up marketing activities. Additional job requirements - Familiar with the technical sector and/or electronic components is an advantage. - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
