Maverick Valves Manufacturing HQ BV is based and located in Tilburg the Netherlands and is a fast track and special Valve Manufacturer specialized in quick delivery time and tough specifications to NORSOK, MESC, Subsea etc. We are growing steadily and continuously invest in new technology. Within our fully equipped workshop we work with different machines and systems, such as Okuma, Fanuc and Mazak.
Are you looking for a new challenge in machining and do you want to develop into a real specialist in the field? This is your chance!
The job:
You are independently responsible for the entire production process around machining, from programming to final inspection. You work with 5-axes machines like Fanuc, Okuma and Mazak and produce both single pieces and small series from different types of metal, such as Duplex, Titanium and Nickel alloys. You program the machine independently and keep a close eye on the entire production process. You constantly check for quality, including the end product.

What are we looking for?
To fill in this function properly, we are looking for an experienced CNC operators with knowledge of programming and an above-average technical understanding.
You have thorough knowledge in the field of CNC machining, preferably with the aforementioned 5-axes machines and you like to work in a responsible, independent job. In your work you actively seek collaboration with others and you have a drive to continually renew and improve processes and working methods.
