German Customer Support Advisors for customer service client Amsterdam, Netherlands Our client based in Amsterdam is recruiting German Customer Service Advisors to provide customer support within a call centre environment. Employees will be responsible for handling calls, emails and chat sessions with customers within a call centre environment. You will be meeting customer expectations and ensuring that you handle the calls etc in accordance with the training you will be given. These roles are permanent contracts. Gross salary €1750 per month 25% shift allowance after 8pm Monday - Friday 50% shift allowance during weekends Candidates must speak native level German and English and be located in Amsterdam or live close to Amsterdam already to apply for this role.
