Position:  
We are looking for an enthusiastic application engineer who fulfils a supportive role for the Marketing & Sales Department and Customer Support. You represent Axon in the implementation of custom made monitoring and control software. In this role you mainly focus on the technical aspects of the products and their application. You are able to translate customer requirements in system configurations. In the post-sales role you work on realisation of customer projects and implement functionality as agreed with the customer. This will primarily be for Cerebrum related projects but can also include other type of products.
Headquarters based in Gilze, the Netherlands. You will be traveling to our customers worldwide 30% of your time.

Tasks & responsibilities:
•    Responsible for successful implementation of customer projects within agreed budget and timelines;
•    Approaching customers independently;
•    Realisation of customer projects involving Cerebrum panel design and (onsite) commissioning/support training;
•    Provide additional Support resource when required and if time allows;
•    Support Sales in preparing quotations for the product Cerebrum.

•    Windows OS experience;
•    Visual Basic or C experience;
•    Basic Broadcast experience;
•    Basic IT knowledge;
•    Self-learning capabilities;
•    Pro-active attitude;
•    Translating customer workflows into user interfaces;
•    Pragmatic approach;
•    Team player;
•    Good presentational skills;
•    Very good written and verbal communication capability in English.
