In this role, you are part of the purchasing organisation where we evaluate and buy cars from individuals. Many of the cars we buy are financed cars. As an extra service to our customers, we offer them the possibility of taking care of all of the administrative hassles surrounding the line of credit they have on the car. It will be your responsibility to ensure a smooth process for both the customer and for us.

What will you do

You will check if there are any outstanding payments in our CRM-system and follow-up on these
You will be responsible for all tasks, questions and complaints related to handling the financing on the car
You will be close in contact with several banks and lenders
You will be responsible for the next steps when a customer defaults on their contract
What you should bring

A completed degree at BA level
Relevant administrative experience
Very detail-oriented, independent worker and can manage a diverse an high workload
Solution focused
Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch and English.
