Je voert de aan jou gedelegeerde taken uit en weet de hoofdverpleegkundige te vervangen bij afwezigheid. Je zal worden tewerkgesteld op een neurologische afdeling.

Je kan vlot werken met de nodige informaticatoepassingen ( EVD, EPD, SAGA, …)
Je beschikt over de nodige sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden om mee een leidinggevende rol op te nemen in je afdeling.
Je wil actief bijdragen aan een kwaliteitsvolle zorg.
Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren.
Je staat open voor verandering en bent steeds kritisch gericht op verbetering van de werking van je zorgeenheid.
Je werkt in een vroege-late shift (tussen 6u30 en 21u).
Je bent bereid om 1 weekend op 2 te werken.
