Je wil actief bijdragen aan een kwaliteitsvolle zorg.
Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren.
Je staat open voor verandering en bent steeds kritisch gericht op verbetering van de werking van je zorgeenheid.
Je werkt in een vroege-late shift (tussen 6u30 en 21u).
Je bent bereid om 1 weekend op 2 te werken.
