For Dow we are looking for a Accounts Receivalbe Specialist (fulltime) The AR-Process is part of the European CISS (Customer Invoicing & Settlement Service) function and responsible for accurately and timely recording all incoming funds to customer accounts in Europe. Customer payments can be either initiated by the customer as well as by Dow. The Accounts Receivable Specialist supports the cash application team and the Accounts Receivable Process Specialist with Process related handling of all different payment methods and any related system issues. Responsibilities - Provide 1st and 2nd support to the Accounts Receivable Coordinators - Supervise the Account Reconciliation Process for AR - Bad debt Accrual handling for Europe - Support Audit requirements: eg: Tax-Audits, Internal and External Audits - Support Statutory related Issues and reporting requirements - Implementation, Integration and Consolidation of Merger and Acquisitions related activities into the service center - Coordination of Divestitures - Coordination of A/R related banking platform in concert with Finance Function - Provide support to Business Partners and PR&H - Thorough understanding and application of Internal Controls

Education - Bachelors degree in Finance, Administration or Economics - Deep SAP Knowledge - Strong computer skills - 4 - 6 years of experience / service - Strong interpersonal skills - Strong knowledge of Dow's reporting systems (BO, SDN, etc.) - Fluent English, optional are Turkish, Greek and/or Russian language.
