Role Description: The Accounts receivable Coordinator is part of a self-directed team responsible for whole accounts receivable process in Europe, Middle East and Africa and plays a primary role in the Order to Cash process by providing, on a shared basis, various key activities with timely and accurate allocation of the funds against the respective transaction - invoices. In addition it is the responsibility of the AR Coordinator to ensure accuracy and integrity of all accounting transactions including timely reconciliation of accounts. This role requires good communication with the European Middle East Credit-department, Financial & Statutory and the PR&H (Payment Receipt and Handling) process. Job Expectations: -Support Audit requirements: e.g.: Tax-Audits, Internal and External Audits -Provide 1st level support to other team members. -Support Audit requirements: e.g.: Tax-Audits, Internal and External Audits -Timely and accurate allocation of incoming cash including applying correct (gross ¿ net) cash discount -Ensure accuracy and integrity of all resulting accounting transactions -Timely reconciliation of responsible accounts

Education: MBO 3/4 in Finance or Economics Experience: Few years of experience in accounting would be an advantage Other Qualifications: -Fluency in English (written & oral) -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Desktop applications -Experience with SAP -Strong analytical skills -Works independently, is self-motivated and accountable -Ability to work towards tight deadlines and take independent action -Customer service mindset -Excellent planning & organization skills -Good team player and troubleshooter -Able to work with diverse, cross functional team members and business partners
