Our client is a worldwide operating financial services provider offering their customers total solutions in the field of Credit Management. Their business culture can be described as customer orientated, formal, professional and dynamic. We are currently looking for a Account Manager who can work full time/ 40 hours a week. It is an advantage to have collection experience, if you did a study of international business management and/ or if you worked in an internationally operating organization. You will work in the region of Zwolle and once in a while you will work in the region of Amsterdam. Only respond when you master the Dutch and English language at a very good level. It is also important that you are commercial and driven! The Account Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following: you ensure business retention you will develop new customer portfolio you will develop existing customer portfolio with the aim of maximising customer profitability you will manage customer portfolios for customers you will be a key interface (sometimes you will visit them) you are involved in risk management you are responsible for revenue generation you are commercially driven and able to identify opportunities and use them you are the switch between the customer, colleagues abroad and other parties you are able to use your analytical skills to recognize and solve problematic situations you provide service to customers and ensure that they are kept informed throughout the entire collection process. In this way a pleasant experience is created for customers you keep yourself busy with the product delivery of the company you support your colleagues (for example the Account Managers) where necessary in maintaining and developing customer relations you enthuse your environment and share good ideas and effective working methods with your colleagues.
